Life Coaching allows you to understand the distress. It helps you name it, bring it to life, and no longer hide from it. Life Coaching is a safe space to discover your negative behaviors or habits and, as Marcus Aurelius says, revoke it. Life Coaching allows for a safe space to discover and bring forth change. Whether it is as simple as organizing your thoughts or finding self-worth. Life Coaching helps with accountability and exploration. It is not always about finding happiness though many of us want a magic solution. Happiness is about finding unhappiness and bringing a different definition to it. Marcus Aurelius also says, “The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.” I believe this to be true. Once you discover the quality of your thoughts, the journey begins.
I am currently a Life Coach Practitioner. I obtained my certification from the INLP Center, an international online certification training that blends study and real experience together. INLP Center has psychology-based techniques and is accredited by the top coaching organizations in the world. Life Coaching is different than every-day therapy. Life Coaches focus on goals rather than mental health. That's not to say that Life Coaches do not credit the importance of mental health and emotional healing, but rather narrow their specialties to goal setting. Your goals could be about your behaviors and/or thoughts. Life Coaches help individuals through slumps or "stuck" periods.
My name is Kriston Seiber. I am originally from Tennessee and moved to Daphne AL in 2015 to be closer to the coast. I have worked in business for over 10 years, working my way from entry level to leadership to consultant. I have a degree in Accounting and experience in Quality Assurance and Business Operations, but found my true passion in coaching people to be their best selves. I have always been the friend who listens and helps create solutions. I am a certified Life Coach Practitioner, working my way through school for my second degree in Psychology.
I have a 12 year old brown Terrier-mix named Meela who loves to play and sleep. She has an independent, serious attitude but loses her seriousness when there is a pup-cup around. It's a beautiful thing to watch the adoration and love an animal can have towards humans, judgment-free and an openness to our growth and changes. I see much of my personality in her and I apply her attitude of judgment-free and openness to my coaching. I am frequently at the gym but I do love tacos.
In my life, I have found that society has a habit of telling you who you should be. The trouble with this is that focusing on who you should be lessens the beauty of who you are now. Society is full of judgment and shoulda's, coulda's. Life's difficulty is accepting where you are but understanding that you can change and improve. I have a philosophy of if you don't like something about your life, change it. Sometimes the change is physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Each change may help you find more joy and acceptance from the present. Coaching helps you safely organize those changes and move through the emotional side effects. Society does not say it enough, but you are worth taking the time to find you. You are worth the self-care you need. You are worth choosing you. And simply put, you are worth it. I found my worth, allow me to help you find yours.
My name is Cody Hayes. I am from Bay Minette, Alabama, born and raised. I have an old mixed-breed dog named Milo who is a rescue. He's a bit overweight but I'm helping him get to a healthier weight for a better lifestyle too. I enjoy anime, gaming, and working out which is how I started my journey in fitness. One of my favorite quotes is from Star Wars "Do or do not. There is no try." Yoda's quote has carried me through tough days and nights. I started my journey to fitness when I was 215 pounds wanting to look like unrealistic anime characters. I ended up losing 20 pounds and now focus on muscle building. My specialties are weight loss and muscle building. Sometimes it's hard to try, but sometimes you just have to do it. It's my job to help you commit and stay committed to your fitness goals safely. I won't yell or make unrealistic goals. I want to help you commit to your journey and safely bring you across the finish line.
